After almost 9 years we finally decided it is time to move on. It is a bitter sweet day.

Aunt Jackie

My sweet Aunt Jackie. I gave her a nickname Buffa when I was in High School. She was my side kick. She was loud and fun. I loved that she loved life and never took anything to serious. She never married and did her thing. We had great times together. I would always play tricks on her. She loved me very much. I think because she never had any children she considered me one of her kids. We had the best times together. I would go to Richmond, VA and stay with her when I was young. I remember every boyfriend she had to meet first. She was outgoing and loved sports, she played women's softball professional. She worked for a bank for year and years and then retired in Pilot. She ran for Mayor and I was her chauffeur. We would laugh and laugh. I will miss her smile, her big personality, her hugs and her love.

Cullen at age 7

"Mom, you and Dad are the best parents any child could ever ask for."

On our ski trip Cullen was laying in bed with Nathan and I . Ethan walked in and Cullen threw up his hand and said, "Vamoose Ethan!"

"I'm going to be a baseball player when I grow up because they get the girls...."

"Why does everything bad happen to me? Ava said I had a hole in my heart and I broke my arm and I had a jelly fish sting. Cullen replied, so when I was born I couldn't breathe... Boom"

"Mom, do I look like a gentlemen?"

"Mom just hearing your voice makes my day."

Big Brother

I love walking into Ethan's room and seeing him reading his Bible to Cullen. It warms my heart that he is teaching him something so special. I love my boys.

It's a good weekend to be at the beach..

Early March and it is beautiful at the beach.  We played tennis and enjoyed the weather. Ava and Ethan have really enjoyed cooking together. They learned how to make sunny side up eggs. So proud of them for learning to cook.

RA's

It's that time of the year again! Valentine's Day serving the senior citizen's at church. I love watching the kids serve others. Ava is in youth now so she did not participate but Ethan and Cullen did. Ethan invited Luke and it was a wonderful opportunity to teach humbleness and love for others.

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentines Day my loves.......
