Ava and I flipping our first house.....

 Covered bridge road. Nathan asked Ava and I to design one of his flips. We thought this would be a great experience for the both of us. We got to work together and have fun. It was stressful and boy did we learn a lot. It sold in 2 days.

The kids help at church on Valentines to serve the senior citizens. I am so thankful they have a serving heart.
