First day of school 2015-2016

 I am so proud of our kids. They woke up early on a Saturday morning to go to church to help package 10, 000 packs of food for the hungry. I am so thankful they have loving and sharing hearts to take time to care about others.

good-bye summer

 We have had a wonderful summer at our beach house and now summer is coming to an end. I am so sad. It was been so many fun times and good memories with friends and family. I can't wait until next year to do it all again...

Lee family visiting us....

 What a great weekend to have the Lee family at the beach house. Corey has been Nathan's friend all his life and Allyson since High School. I have been friends with Allyson for 8 years now. I am so thankful to have this family in our life. Cade, Cannon and Ethan play baseball together, Corey is their coach. I love Allyson because she will tell you like it is and she is so creative. Every time we go to Topsail to stay with them it is so fun. My kids will never forget the last minute treasure hunt she threw together for them. We woke up to a riddle every morning, so fun. Such wonderful friends.

My sweet sister invited me over and cooked a wonderful Italian meal for me and got a cake with presents. She loves me unconditionally and I am so blessed to have her in my life.

through the years we have gone to topsail to stay with our friends. Michelle stays with Lisa and I stay with Allyson. It is always a fun trip. I am so glad our kids can grow up together.

happy Birthday to me... girls weekend

So blessed God put these girls in my life 8 years ago. I am thankful they love me and are my sweet friends. We had the best time. We played dubsmash on the phones all weekend, singing songs and just laughing. We tried to canoe and that was a trip, Allyson and I trying to fit in a one seat canoe. Many laughs were had. What a great birthday.

 Nathan's family came to our beach house for the weekend. We had the most fun. The kids loved being with their cousins and we loved spending time with the adults. We got to hang out with Greg and Natalie, which never happens. So I was so excited to have time with them. It was a great weekend and of course Nathan grilled the best food ever. Grouper, burgers and shrimp tacos.. Wow that was awesome.
