update

i have been so busy i have not had time to get on my blog. i even forgot my password- that is bad.
let's start with Cullen:

when I thought this child could not get in more trouble he does.... a few weeks ago when he was supposed to be taking a nap he got into ethan's room and dropped a container of star war legos in the fish tank - the fish was trapped under all the lego's and ethan's ipod! Yes, he dropped the ipod in the fish tank. I don't know how long the fish was under all that stuff when i found him I thought he was dead but he was not- Ethan was not even worried about his ipod, he was more worried about his fish- needless to say Nathan took care of that punishment- well we get a new ipod for ethan and yesterday I hear "I'M GOING TO GET CULLEN"... I run upstairs and he has dropped the new ipod in the fish tank AGAIN... I thought after the first whooping he would never do that again but I guess not. So Nathan again spanked him on the bottom. What am I going to do with this child?

The other day on the way to my dad's 82nd birthday party I look in the back seat and see Cullen looking like an INDIAN- he had gotten into the markers and on the 20 min. ride to my sisters house decided to color all over his face, his arms, his legs! So he looked Perfect for our family pictures-

His new thing is collecting rocks, does not matter where they are he will get them and put them in his pocket-

He has been going behind my curtains and drawing on the walls.

Running late to get too my parents for lunch and he sees the huge mud puddle- I tell him not to get in it 1 second later here he comes shoes wet, socks wet, pants wet.....

I tell you the truth, if he did not have Ava's personality and look like her I really would think they switched my child at birth with this child b/c Ava and Ethan NEVER did things like this.

He can be sweet though, he puts those little arms around my neck and gives me the sweetest kisses all the time. He will not let me out of his site- He is my momma's boy! So all the bad he has been doing he knows all he has to do is give me a sweet little kiss and I melt and say those sweet words with that sweet voice,, "mama, mama, mama"

AVA:
Doing so well at school, I am so proud of her. She loves to learn and is so smart.. Reading, Reading, Reading is her favorite thing. She is on the swim team at riverwood- She has a BFF and that is so sweet, makes me remember my days as a little girl with my BFF's...

ETHAN: can you say Baseball- this boy is great at baseball, He loves it and is playing on the t-ball team and nathan's coach pitch team where he is the youngest but you would never know- he also loves NFL football, basketball- he is taking tennis lessons and wants to play football in the fall. This one is my definitely my athlete... He is still so tender hearted and kind but he has come out of his shyness stage and it is so fun to watch him grow into a little man!

so with all this going on and life i'm tired:)

Head over Heels for Stickers.....

Today I layed down with Cullen for his nap time. I must have dosed off first b/c when I woke up I was covered in stickers...........:)

Happy New Year!

May your days be full of love and laughter and be thankful everyday for all that God has blessed you with!

thankful.....

.

with Thanksgiving just around the corner I have so many thing I am thankful for-

first and foremost I am thankful for my Lord and Savior that has saved me from all of my sins and blessed me beyond what I deserve.

my husband that loves my unconditionally and says I am beautiful even though I feel and look my worst

my children that are my gifts from God- they are my joy, my life, my loves, my hope, my angels

my family, my wonderful family that loved me the first time they laid eyes on me and even though I was not blood they have never thought of me any different- they have taken care of me, cheered for me, cried with me, been there good and bad and prayed for me every day of my life

my friends, old and new- my friends that I grew up with me have stuck with me through thick and thin and have loved me through the good times, bad and the ugly- they have loved me even when I did not love myself- they have encouraged me and been my rock- I smile every time I remember the good times we have had .... my new friends, they have taken me in as one of them- they have listened to me, supported me, laughed with me and by their example make me want to me a better mother, wife, friend and sister-

my health and my life

"Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good! For His mercy endures forever."
Psalms 107:1

Booooing..........

I have to first thank Allyson Lee for introducing us to the boo basket. My kids have had the time of their life with this boooing stuff.

Friday night was so fun.... we made spooky halloween cupcakes- eyeball ice cubes, spooky decorations for the house and silly lips- we were ready!! The Hardee's came over for pizza and friday night movie night... while they were here we got booed... Now that was so exciting....

The next night was our turn... We all dressed in black,,, Ava drew a map to our neighbors house (got to have a map), we had our plan and we were off.. only problem... our neighbors were outside at their fire pit... so we had to really sneak- we ran home as fast as we could and waited... then we went to the road and watched- they happened to walk to the front of the house and saw their basket... we heard them screaming and yelling- their dad read the letter very dramatically- it was so funny....

Last night we did our other neighbor and Daddy came along.... it was so fun! I just love this idea!

M&M's and the Potty don't mix!

Cullen has shown a big interest in going #2 in the potty- so I got a bag of M&M's to give him a treat when he goes potty- I did this with Ava and Ethan and they liked it and it worked. I don't know why I did this with Cullen b/c he is going to the potty on his own (not every time but every other day) but I thought a treat would be good-

So today after his #2 and we sang our song and clapped our hands I opened the bag of m&m's and gave him a few-

#1 mistake: don't let him see where you hide the m&m's
#2 mistake: don't leave him in the bathroom with the hidden m&m's

I go downstairs to throw away his diaper and I come back to find this....................
he used his potty to store all the m&m's he dumped out-
cullen, cullen, cullen ......... what am I going to do with you?
