Christmas Eve 2019

 We had a wonderful Christmas Eve. We went over to Rosemary and Joe's for lunch and opened presents. It was such a nice time. Then we went to Rob and Michelle's for dinner and games. Then we played the White Elephant game. I thought we would have some fun so I put a picture of Nathan all over a pair of socks. It was so funny that James got them. It is always special to see cousins and people stop by I haven't seen in years. Such good times and good memories. 

Christmas 2019

 I bought matching pj's for the kids so I could have a cute picture in front of the tree. Apparently, when Ethan put his on right before the picture the bottoms were so short. Ava had been wearing Ethan's pj bottoms to school this whole time and she said I was wondering why it had a hole in the front!!! I got it on video it was the funniest thing. Ava did not want to switch back. 

Cullen

 Mom is not well. She would always rub the kids backs. They would run in and see who would be the first one on the couch beside her so she could rub their back. Today Cullen took her hand and rubbed it. He said, "just like when she rubbed my back."

Cullen's 5th grade Christmas Party

Southside Elementary put on a Christmas Parade, each class had a theme, then Cullen's class celebrated with a party. It is nice to be on break. 

 

December 2019

December is always busy and I love it. Decorating the house is so fun, This year I surprised the fam with the Dancing Santa. He is so cute. I played the Hawaiian song when they came out to see him. We went out to eat at Capital Grille with our neighbors that is always fun with a stop at Krispy Kreme, Ava received her award for the Cross Country season, We had the Bussemas's over and Anna and Sandy Stephenson for dinner, I made fancy grilled cheese and soup along with my charcuterie board. We also had my family over for Sunday lunch and visiting Mama is always nice. She has not been well this month so she has not been able to get out. Christmas presents for the teachers and Ethan had his friends over to play basketball. Lots of fun things this month.
