Merry Christmas and Happy Birthday Nathan

Christmas morning 2018!!! This year I thought it would be fun to hide the pickle downstairs. It is a German tradition and I though it would be fun. The person to find it gets money and can open the first present.  Ethan found the pickle so he went first. Cullen got a rifle from us games, legos and a lump of coal from Ethan. Ava got clothes, iPods, money and face stuff and Ethan got shoes, money, baseball things. We celebrated Nathan and enjoyed our time together. We went to Armenia's to open presents and mom read the Christmas story like she does every year. Mom and I took a picture and she was trying to cover up the holes in my jeans. She never could understand why I pay for holes in my clothes. We had a great time together. Next, we went to Nathan's mom's house to continue opening presents and enjoying family.

 

Merry Christmas Eve 2018

Twas the night before Christmas.....

Nathan reads the Christmas story every year on Christmas Eve to the kids. 

We ate lunch at Aunt Rosemary's house with her and Joe. It was so nice. They cooked us an Italian meal and we enjoyed being together. After that we went to Uncle Rob and Aunt Michelle's house. We ate and then played games. Michelle and Emily made the Family Feud and it was so fun. Then we played the white elephant game. Such good times and special memories. I am missing Daddy. Our 2nd Christmas without him.

 

It's Christmas Time.....

I can't believe it is December. This year has gone by so fast. I love our tradition where we unwrap the ornaments and put them on the tree together and talk about each one. I will always cherish these times.
